The artist

Samantha was born and raised in Regina. After finishing a double degree in French Immersion Education at the U of R and three years of teaching, Sam finally decided to pursue her lifelong passion of makeup and esthetics. Prior to becoming a certified eyelash extension technician and a certified makeup artist, Sam offered makeup services to family and friends to practice her art. She is now certified to offer Eyebrow Waxing, Eyelash and Eyebrow Tinting along with Eyelash Lifts and Eyelash Perming. 

With the launch of her eyelash extension business, Samantha decided to become educated and trained in makeup while teaching French Immersion (which she continues to do). She is also currently doing her graduate students in the Master's in Educational Administration at the University of Regina. Sam holds a pro makeup certificate with Live Glam and currently works as an independent freelance makeup artist.  Sam was also chosen to be part of the makeup team for Saskatchewan Fashion Week of 2016, 2017 and 2018.

In 2017, Sam became a certified Eyelash Lift Instructor with Elleebana Products and offered training courses in Canada.

In 2017, Sam launched her Inner Beauté line which she creates with love and intention. The line is infused with essential oils and 80% of its ingredients are from local businesses. The intention of her line is to promote the importance of self-care, self-love and starting from within. Each product is hand created and blended by Samantha.

Sam is passionate about continuing education and tries to take advantage of learning opportunities. In spring of 2018, she participated in the Master Artist Class and learned from world famous artists Gregory Alt, Roshar and Romero Jennings.

She is also a certified yoga teacher (200hr) and has her Reiki Level 1 and 2 training. She combines her passions of wellness and beauty as her business transitions into 2019.
