How do I book makeup services?

Please email hello@samtran.org to inquire. Please include the event, the date, location of services and how many makeups are required.

How do I book a private group or 1-1 workshop?

Please email hello@samtran.org to inquire. Please include the workshop you are interested in, the number of people, the dates you are looking for and how many participants there will be.

Are you accepting new clients?

My treatment client list is currently CLOSED. Please follow me on Instagram @samtranbeautyandwellness for any last minute openings or announcements.

I am still accepting a couple more wedding clients for the 2025 wedding season.

What if I don’ t know what shade I am?

I offer sample cups of the Colorescience products for you to try out before purchasing. Please contact me via Instagram or email hello@samtran.org.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

All deposits for makeup services and treatments are NON-REFUNDABLE. Unless otherwise stated.

All product purchases are also FINAL SALE.

When will my order be ready?

Please give 2-7 days for order fulfillment. You will receive an email once your order is ready.
